    ADULT RELIGIOUS EDUCATION CLASS
CATCHING THE SPIRIT OF THE HOLIDAYS
Join Rev. Dana in rousting out your Bah! Humbugs! Say Happy Holidays and really mean it. Find ways to engage the deeper meaning of the winter holidays. For millennia humans have taken time at the darkest times of the year for reflection and renewal. We have gathered 'round fires and lit candles against the dark. We have welcomed the promise of new birth and the return of the sun. Together we'll seek ways to let this spirit slip in, even in the midst of the frenzy that can accompany our modern holidays.
Limit 12. Three part series Sundays after church: Nov. 12 and 19 and Dec. 10, 11:30 to 1. Register at the Adult Programs Table in Berg Hall or contact Beverly Jordan; Beverly@uuventura.org. Childcare provided with pre-registration. Meet in the Garage Annex. Enjoy!

    November 19, 2017 @ 11:45 am - 1:00 pm

Charlas Contemporaneas is for UUCV members and friends who speak Spanish and enjoy connecting with each other in Spanish.
